10 Packets for $14 Full Box of 100 is $99 Each packet will turn 1 gallon of pasteurized milk into cheese. Instructions on cheese making! Mix each packet with a small amount of water (about 20ml.) Heat pasteurized milk to 109°F then after add rennet & mix well. Turn off heat! Cover milk, and let it sit for at least 3 hours. Make your cuts in the cheese after 3 hours, and strain excess liquid. Place cheese into cheese cloth & press for 8 hours. Your cheese is ready!
